Ahmad Qasas completely trashes the claim that Khilafah is merely a dream, he does this by using a single verse from the Quran. After this the man critizes Hizb ut-Tahrir for working secretly to overthrow the regimes, where Ahmad Qasas replies back by asking the man where his critism of the current #ulers who all have gained authority through overthrows in broad daylight.
