Sheikh Mustafa Hilmi Jailani, a Sheikh honored in Syria, advices Muslims, Groups and brigades to work for Khilafah and implement Hizb ut-Tahrir's constitution, because as he says: "And indeed the constitution of the state proposed by Hizb-ut-Tahrir is an Islamic constitution, period."
